A superior early yellow apple discovered in 1998 in Ohio. This sweet, crunchy fruit features smooth skin and bruise-resistant flesh with a banana/pear like flavor. Occasionally blushed on exposed areas, it holds several months in storage. Good for eating fresh or in desserts. . Ripens mid- September. Best pollinators: Granny Smith or any Golden Delicious.
