Premier Honeycrisp is an early ripening Honeycrisp that  ripens about three weeks before standard Honeycrisp.  It's coloring, eating quality, and storage characteristics are very similar to standard Honeycrisp.  It is a large apple that’s red with a yellow background color and has a big, juicy, sweet flavor.  Crisp with a clean break when bitten, Premier Honeycrisp is great for eating, baking or making applesauce!
